Direct Hire role with our client located in Fredericksburg, PA.
Work Environment: On-Site 5 days per week
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement preparation
Prepare month end balance sheet account reconciliations
Lead role in the annual operating plan/budget process
Compare actual costs to budgeted costs
Product and margin cost and profitability analysis
Support compliance of sales tax in multi-state footprint
Ad-hoc analysis and reporting
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
B.S. in Accounting, CPA a plus
3+ years of relevant accounting and analysis experience
Strong systems abilities working in an ERP and other reporting applications
Eligibility to work in the U.S. upon hire
Effective time management and communication skills for a global matrixed organization
