POSITION SUMMARY

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in our mission to enhance customer retention and drive revenue growth. You will ideate, execute, measure, and iterate strategies to improve retention at every stage in the customer lifecycle. Your focus will be on developing and implementing email marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights for segmentation and personalization, and optimizing customer engagement through various marketing channels.

OBJECTIVES
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies.
  • Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of email campaigns targeting various stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Utilize marketing technology, particularly Marketing Cloud, for efficient campaign delivery and automation.
  • Use data insights to effectively segment email lists.
  • Personalize content for different audience segments to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with sales, product, technology, and marketing teams to cross-functionally impact customer retention and experience.
  • Ensure seamless execution of automated campaigns throughout every stage of the customer journey.
  • Map out and enhance customer journeys to improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop engagement strategies across email, SMS, and other direct marketing channels.
  • Spearhead lifecycle marketing strategies across various customer stages.
  • Focus on email, SMS, and other direct marketing channels to boost engagement and retention.
  • Design and execute A/B testing and manage the email calendar.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, adjusting improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Implement industry best practices for privacy, compliance, and deliverability and continuously seek innovative ways to improve customer engagement.

COMPETENCIES
  • Experience with multi-channel programs including email, social, digital, and web.
  • Proficient in email/SMS marketing platforms like Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills that identify and address customer needs at various stages of their lifecycle.
  • In-depth understanding of email/SMS regulations (GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, CASL).
  • Proven experience in growing and analyzing the performance of large email marketing databases.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, adjusting improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional results.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing.
  • Experience in email marketing and audience segmentation.
  • Proven experience in growing and analyzing the performance of large email marketing databases.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketing Cloud and Salesforce are highly preferred).
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
