We're seeking a passionate ServiceNow Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping a best-in-class ServiceNow implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading the Implementation of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM): • You'll play a key role in configuring ServiceNow for equipment management, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Mastermind of Integrations: • You'll be the go-to person for building complex integrations using the ServiceNow Integration Hub. • Wrangling data from disparate systems and connecting them seamlessly to the user interface is your jam. • You'll ensure smooth data flow (ETL) and define clear business rules for efficient operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven technical experience with ServiceNow, especially Integration Hub, Data Sources, and Flow Designer
Seeking experience with TRUE Enterprise Asset Management processes (not just ITAM / hardware / software "asset management")
Strong understanding of data ETL processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
