Sr. Oracle IT Manager - Supply Chain Business Systems (Hybrid)
We have an immediate need for a Sr. Oracle IT Manager - Supply Chain Business Systems to join a leading developer and manufacturer of implantable eye lenses. The Sr. Oracle IT Manager plays a critical role working closely with the business and across the Information Technology organization defining, delivering, and supporting IT Supply Chain business solutions and supporting roadmaps.
Location: Monrovia, CA or Lake Forest, CA (Hybrid)
This Job Pays: $140,000 - 180,000 annually
What You Will Do:
Provides cost effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applications.
Includes evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirement specifications and configuration.
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications and industry requirements.
Operates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user departments.
Evaluates and translates end user needs and problems to technical associates and/or vendors where appropriate.
Instructs end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools as well as providing support for existing system.
What Gets You The Job:
Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.
APICS Certified Planning and Inventory Mgmt. or Certified Supply Chain Professional highly desired.
Expert knowledge of business systems processes within the medical device manufacturing industry, including Order-to-Cash (Order management, fulfillment, and warehouse mgmt. systems), Procure-to-Pay (Direct Procurement, Approved Supplier Qualifications, Receiving and warehouse mgmt. systems) Record-to-Report (Costing), Plan-to-Manufacture (including manufacturing execution systems), Product Lifecycle Management and eQuality Management systems.
Expert knowledge of Oracle's Fusion Configuration.
Competent knowledge of Oracle's Visual Builder Studio, Run-time and Integration tools, and API set to ensure/manage optimal solution designs.
Prior experience within highly regulated, validated medical device manufacturing experience highly desired.
