Health Insurance Sales Executive Monrovia, CA $57-69k Annually
We are seeking a Sales Executive to approach prospects for group benefit plans. In this position you will have the opportunity to learn the different aspects of group health insurance in servicing business clients in various sizes.
Responsibilities:
Utilize CRM for scheduling, developing prospective and documenting all sales-related activities
Meet all marketing expectations, expand customer base in territories
Generate proposals and advise clients on the benefits that best suit their needs (eg. medical, dental, vision)
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in the health insurance field
Active license in Life, Health, and Accident insurance is a plus
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
Proficient in computer skills - MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical, negotiating, problem-solving, and presentation skills to effectively facilitate resolutions
