Job Description: Live Events & Production Coordinator
Event Production Company is seeking a full-time live event and production coordinator to support the production manager in corporate live events' pre-production, production, and post-production phases.

Responsibilities
Determine availability and schedule crew, communicate with the crew, manage event labor, and track your crew on the job.
Professional writing skills to communicate with event crew members and vendors
Assist in onboarding crew and their document requirements - contracts,
W4/W9's, payroll tracking
Assist in managing Excel spreadsheets associated with events - hotel and flight
confirmations, crew meal counts, tracking badge images, and event logistics.
Follow up on vendor quotes.
Maintain event organization within Box.com folder structure
Assist in tracking show expense receipts
Creating show books for each department Project Manager
Run local errands as assigned - lunch and/or mail
Assist in company calendar - confirming availability, calling attendees, and
Assignment of Zoom meeting IDs
Requirements
Proven experience as a production assistant or coordinator and a passion for the live event industry
Computer savvy
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability
Resourcefulness and problem-solving
A team player with excellent communication skills
Physical strength and stamina
A valid license
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in production or business environment in a supporting role (preferred)
Job Type:
90-day temporary period, and then benefits begin
Full-time work - Flexible office hours Mon-Fri.
Occasional (event-related) weekend days are a requirement
This position requires the employee to work at the office in Agoura Hills
Education • 2 years of college or equivalent (preferred)
