We are seeking a Merchandise Director to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in product development, selection, and lifecycle management across both brands. This position requires a passion for fashion, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to work collaboratively across brands.

Job Description:

As the Merchandise Director for Product Line Management (PLM) at KNS Brands, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brands' offerings, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed the expectations of our diverse customer base. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to production, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and market-leading footwear solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with design, development, production, and marketing teams to develop comprehensive product strategies that align with the brand vision and market trends.

- Lead the product development process, from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Drive the implementation and optimization of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and processes to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows across brands.

- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and consumer preferences, translating insights into actionable product initiatives.

- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, distribution, and marketing plans, to drive product awareness and maximize sales.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, product development, or related roles within the fashion or footwear industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles from concept to commercialization, preferably in a multi-brand or retail environment.

- Strong understanding of PLM systems and processes, with experience implementing and optimizing technology solutions to drive operational efficiency.

- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and sales metrics to inform product strategies and decisions.

- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for building and motivating high-performing teams.

- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and anticipate future trends to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
