Entry Level Position

Overview

As part of Loggerhead's Information Technology (IT) team, the Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for creating and executing functional tests to quality assure web-based systems. This position executes test suites, provides input into the quality processes, and continually improves the effectiveness and efficiency of testing within the Information Technology team. The Quality Associate actively participates in certifying the level of quality of applications prior to release. He/she also works with a variety of groups across multiple departments.

Duties & Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
  • and executes manual test plans to verify the adherence to the company's software development process and requirement/functional specifications.

Knowledge & Experience

Experience within the Homeowners Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry is preferred.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or related field of study or a minimum of three years of comparable work experience.
