Position Overview
The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in managing our online sales platforms, optimizing the customer experience, and implementing strategies to increase online revenue. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in driving online sales.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in planning and leading the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
Manage relationships with external marketing partners and agencies, specifically communicating with Google, Tiktok, Pinterest and Meta Agencies to ensure timely delivery of ads
Collaborate with CEO & team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies to ensure coordination of e-commerce goals
Develop & manage marketing team
Create & implement processes to streamline creative and copy for all marketing channels, including email, organic social and paid ads.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
Monitor and analyze marketing data and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Work closely with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Help develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer acquisition.
Communicate effectively with team to support marketing objectives and initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles.
Proficiency in Shopify, Wordpress, & Klaviyo or Convertkit (or similar email providers)
Understanding of Asana or other project management software (i.e. Trello, Monday)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and ability to manage a small team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
