Role Description
STRATA is seeking a full-time on-site Production Merchandise Assistant in Miami, FL. As the Production Merchandise Assistant, you will support the production team in all aspects, including but not limited to data entry, creating purchase orders, tracking shipments, & updating production timelines. You will also be responsible for maintaining tech packs and communicating with vendors and factories as needed. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and completion of products, as well as our premium level of quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assist Production/development coordinators in day to day tasks.
Assist in overview of the production including sample process.
Assist in updating WIP reports all incoming notes and development feedback.
Pickups and deliveries as needed, including mail from 914 Mailbox if Executive Assistant is OOO
Maintain google drive for production including organizing all development checklists and development documents.
Take all production notes for calls and organize and send them through slack and organize on google drive.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and calls for the production team.
Assist in quality control inspections with incoming samples.
Report any discrepancies to development coordinator.
Able to discuss all production updates on internal STRATA calls
Research sample references and assist in sending internal invoices.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and calls for the production team.
Organization, and archiving of all sample fabrics, prototypes, sample references and production samples at both the warehouse, and showroom.
Fill out sample ship forms
Updated Client sample shipping information on Mondays
Update Daily report calendar with production updates.
Organize size chartsUpkeep the maintenance at the showroom daily- following showroom procedures

Qualifications
Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, or related fields preferred
1+ year of experience preferably in fashion or apparel industry
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of garment construction, production timelines, and materials
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is a plus
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and grow with the company
