Our client is an organization in the Madison area looking for an Office Manager. Our client is looking for someone who is self-driven, detailed oriented and has related experience. This position is on-site.
The salary range for this position is $70k-78k.
The Office Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the payroll functions of the Company, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
General office and administrative support services are provided for the other key functions of the organization.
Assist the President in the daily administration of business operations.
Assist in the optimization of the efficiency of the corporate facilities.
Assist in monitoring and enforcing all Company policies, rules and regulations. Assist in the establishment, enforcement and monitoring of security standards and procedures to protect the Company's assets, wherever they are located.
Process and file necessary reports to federal, state and local agencies.
Schedule and hold new employee orientations.
Other duties as assigned.
The Office Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Associate degree in accounting or closely related field.
Experience with Sage 300 construction and real estate, adobe acrobat, and Microsoft suites.
Construction industry experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
