The Registrar creates new medical records, enters, and verifies demographic, account, and coverage information, schedules appointments, and takes and routes messages to clinic staff. The Registrar ensures that patients flow through the scheduling and registration processes quickly and efficiently following consistent processes, while also delivering great experiences through compassionate interaction.

The Registrar will also determine the needs of patients and assists in connecting to appropriate resources and provides information to resolve less complex issues.
