Our wealth management firm employs a multi-advisor approach to provide clients with a high level of tax, estate, and investment advisory services all under one roof. We focus on families, small business owners and individuals with complicated fiscal dynamics. We are a growing wealth management firm which is expanding our team this year by adding a Wealth Management Advisor. Position Overview

As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients, utilizing strong financial, analytical, and planning skills. You will meet regularly with clients, assisting them to meet their short- and long-term financial goals, analyzing financial information, designing impactful financial plans, and monitoring portfolios & planning outcomes. You must be a good listener and demonstrate a keen competency to transform problems into opportunities. You must possess a desire to work with people, as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in this people-oriented business. You will utilize planning software, client relationship management system, and research tools to advise the clients. You are welcome to bring a book of business; support will be provided for a successful transition.

Responsibilities
• Cultivate new prospective client opportunities by capitalizing on networking and referrals.
• Handle all communication with client base including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain and grow existing relationships with client base focusing on providing excellent service.
• Provide information/ education to clients about the purpose and details of financial products, services, and strategies.
• Review investment products currently held in clients' accounts, reallocate to the appropriate model to assist clients meet their financial objectives.
• Promote established investment models and strategies that are suitable for our targeted clients.
• Respond to client servicing needs and requirements as determined through client interaction.
• Provide professional and positive service to client base.
• Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies.
• Maintain all continuing education requirements of a wealth advisor plus required training elements.
• Attend firm client events.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
• Clean U-4 and U-5 history.
• 5 plus years of investment advisory experience.
• Business development skills.
• Financial planning software experience.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Extraordinary client service orientation.
• A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
