What you'll do as the Supply Chain Assistant:
Calculate Shipping/Importing Costs
Determine HTS codes
Review options for shipment consolidation
Send RFQs to vendors and collect pricing details
Prepare customer quotes and pricing history
Complete vendor purchases
Source and Price electronic components
Obtain vendor information for customer compliance (Rohs, conflict minerals, reach, etc.)
What you'll bring to the Supply Chain Assistant position:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of shipping practices
Previous administrative experience
Basic computer skills
