415 ACCESS DIVISION LEADER
Seeking a 415 Access Leader to manage team performance and development, implement strategic initiatives for new services and revenue growth, and ensure exceptional client experiences aligned with the firm's core values. This role involves overseeing the division's budget and client projects, enhancing profitability and client services, and leading the team's professional development and performance evaluations to meet the firm's targets. The 415 Access Leader will work closely with other Division Leaders, Firm Management, and Partners.
The accomplishments of the 415 Access Leader will be measured against two primary benchmarks: 1) Access's financial performance and profitability 2) The alignment of Access to the firm's core values and culture
+ EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
CPA preferred, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum ten years of accounting experience; Public Accounting experience preferred
Minimum two years of people management experience
Technical knowledge in accounting and business management software, e.g., QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
