Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Phone Sales and Scheduling Specialist. This role will primarily involve contacting potential clients in the financial planning industry, nurturing leads, and scheduling appointments. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to financial planning leads and effectively communicate the value of our services
* Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients through active listening and engaging conversations
* Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine their financial planning needs
* Schedule appointments for potential clients to meet with our licensed financial advisors
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system
* Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve sales targets
* Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to effectively address client inquiries and objections
* Continuously improve sales and communication skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in phone sales or customer service roles, preferably in the financial services industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships over the phone
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and proficiency in using technology for sales and scheduling purposes, preferred
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company
