We provide a wide range of HR consulting solutions to our base of clients nationwide and are considered subject matter experts in all areas of Human Resource Management. As a result of our ongoing growth, we are adding a Customer Success Manager to the team. The resource we are seeking will support the Company's customer-centric mission and play a key role within the Customer Success Team.

Responsibilities will include the management of new leads and opportunities, presentation of OperationsInc's services, new business sales and on-going account management. Additionally, there is an expectation to grow partnerships with existing clients to reduce churn. The CSM will work internally with other key departments, including sales, marketing, and our consulting divisions to deliver a smooth customer experience. Through your influence and relationship-building skills, you will provide an excellent customer journey from the lead stage through onboarding the new client, meeting their needs at every stage of the relationship.

You should get in touch if:
  • 3 to 5 years of sales or business development experience, particularly within the Human Capital space (payroll services, HRIS technology, consulting, etc.).
  • Strong, metrics-focused customer success, or account management background.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Customer focused selling methodologies.
  • A history of establishing strong relationships with an ability to understand your customers' needs and provide solutions.
  • A proven ability in using data to inform decision-making as part of a broader, strategic set of goals.
  • General understanding HR Services, Recruiting Services, Training & Development, and Payroll & HRIS Technologies.
  • The ability to work in a hybrid work environment.

Salary:

Base Salary: $60,000-$72,000, bonus opportunity will be available.

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including skills and experience.
