We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, have excellent customer service skills, and be comfortable handling high call volumes. You will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining client hardware. This includes supporting audio, video, and Webex conferences (specific training will be provided), imaging PCs, and managing various devices.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Windows 11, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Handle 40+ calls per day, assisting customers with technical issues and queries.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot client hardware, including PCs, workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and tablets.
  • Support audio, video, and Webex conferences, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Perform PC imaging and deployment, ensuring devices are set up correctly and efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive support and solutions.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency with Active Directory.
  • Experience with Windows 11.
  • Knowledge of Office 365.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and provide support via phone.
  • Experience with audio, video, and Webex conference support.
  • Familiarity with imaging PCs and managing client hardware.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a Level 2 support role.
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields.
  • Experience with other collaboration tools and technologies.
