NO C to C OR SPONSERSHIP AVAILABLE

The Intersect Group is looking for a technician with good troubleshooting / problem solving skills, good customer service experience, and experience taking 40+ calls per day.

This person will also need to maintain client hardware including PC and workstations and laptops, printers/scanners, mobile devices and tablets. Must also be comfortable supporting audio, video and Webex conferences.
