Job Type: 6-month contract, opportunity for extension & conversion
Position Overview: The candidate will develop data systems, automation, and analytics/reporting to support process management, project execution, and process analytics for the onboarding and transition-to-operations of new grid-scale solar and energy storage projects.
Role/Responsibilities:
Development of a platform and data structure for managing a master process, including task relationships
Development of a task-management platform for ~15 Project Managers and ~60 concurrent projects
Development of business intelligence (BI) dashboards and other tools for process performance analytics and Project Manager interface
Development of automation for efficiently streamlining and managing process execution, gap detection, notifications, and reporting
Qualifications
Strong capability with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps), SharePoint, Excel, and relational databases (Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience)
Strong ability to understand the business/process and translate customer requirements into reliable, time-efficient data systems and interfaces.
Experience developing data analysis and automation solutions to run our business processes. Primarily: Power BI dashboards and Power Automate routines, with the necessary Power Query, SharePoint, and database interface work to support it.
