Pretest: collect test requirements and gauge maps,
Work with lab team on test execution and data acquisition using systems like eDAQ, LMS ...
Perform test data analysis,
Structure tests
Perform modal testing for engine system and components.
Perform vibration severity assessment, weld/bolted joint analysis, parent material fatigue analysis by following standard test procedures.
Non-structure tests
Perform engine system performance analysis including temperature, pressure, flow, vibration and wear/endurance etc.
Communicate test results and recommendations to internal customers including design engineers and engine system validation leads
Will work with team lead.
Will work with design engineers and validation engineers on the internal customer side.
Wil also work with lab technicians and operators.
Mainly in TC-L engine testing Lab.
Office will be in a separate room in the same building.
Potential for travel to other field testing locations.
