Job Description:
Seeking a Customer Service Representative for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Forestville, MD.
This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k!
Salary is between $40,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Processing requests for service per the department SOP
- Relaying information such as work orders, estimates or other messages to and from work crews
- Work with supervisors or customers to resolve problems
- Preparing estimates for customers
- Manage and schedule Preventative Maintenance
- Manage and schedule Odor Control
- Manage and schedule out of area service calls
- Service call follow-up via phone and email
- Update and Maintain Service Department Work tracking sheet
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's or associate degree in transportation or logistics preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a dispatcher in a similar industry
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with Transportation or Field Service Management Software
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Word and, Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Experience in QuickBooks preferred
