Pacific Coast Producers, one of the nation’s top food production companies in the U.S., is seeking to fill General Labor positions with qualified, capable individuals for our Oroville, CA Production Facility. PCP is investing in its people and advancing a culture of service, where each employee can do their best to make affordable, high-quality food for customers across North America. This state-of-the-art facility employs 169 full-time workers year-round, with a seasonal workforce that expands to over 1,200 to meet the high demands during the peak harvest season. By leveraging advanced technology and adhering to stringent quality control measures, the Oroville facility not only maximizes operational efficiency but also ensures the delivery of premium products to consumers.
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to sorting, washing, packing, and labeling produce. The job requires standing for long periods, working in fast-paced environment, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Pay Rate: $18.66 per hour. Weekend and overtime hours required when needed. Morning, day and swing shifts available. Must be available to work July through October.
These positions are part of a seniority based collective bargaining (CBA) unit and required to work on various shifts.
