What You Will Do



The Engineering Support Technician plays a crucial role in supporting product development, manufacturing, and implementation teams through technical tasks and project management. This role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of Oracle standards used in product costing and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities include:

• Oracle Data Management
  
  
  • Set up, maintain, and verify Oracle Database for all products and develop accurate costs throughout the organization.
  
  
  • Coordinate Configure Price Quote (CPQ) program activities from product team through manufacturing to ensure standardized product offerings.
  
  
  • Troubleshoot Oracle-related issues and develop solutions to maintain data accuracy in systems (OTM, Conveyor, Container Item, GTIN's, etc.).
  
  
  
  


• Product Development and Implementation
  
  
  • Administer and interpret engineering documentation to ensure data accuracy and facilitate communication across departments.
  
  
  • Support the implementation of new and revised products, as well as product and technology transfers.
  
  
  
  


• Administrative Support
  
  
  • Utilize data accuracy tools such as More4Apps to consistently update and manage information.
  
  
  
  


• Packaging Specifications
  
  
  • Design packaging and product labeling specifications for new products as needed.
  
  
  • Generate Product Packaging Specifications (PPS) to align with marketing objectives.
  
  
  
  

What You Will Bring

• 
  Required Degree: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


• 
  Preferred Degree: Associate degree with an Engineering focus.


• 
  Years of Experience: 1-3 years.


• Manufacturing Experience Preferred
