Location: 11800 Weston Parkway, Cary, NC 27513
Duration: 5 months assignment with potential of extension
Work Schedule: (M-F) 09:00 AM -06:00 PM (Eastern Time)
2-3 Weeks Training | Training will be onsite.
Job Title: Reimbursement Specialist
Duration: 5 months assignment with possible extension
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs healthcare information and medical claims processing, healthcare billing and collection services, and provides financial guidance regarding hospital, HMO, clinical services to patients, their families and third-party representatives.
Contact insurance companies to verify eligibility coverage for drug benefits.
Function as a liaison between special drug program patients and their insurance companies.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Must have completed High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 4-5 years reimbursement specialist experience which may include insurance verification, billing, claim adjudication.
Must have Telephone Customer Service Experience, insurance Knowledge.
Must have strong background with Insurance Verification, Data Entry & Customer service skills.
