Job Summary: Twiggs Salon is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role involves high-level team support with little to no client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
  • Conduct research on various topics as requested.
  • Assist with ordering and paying vendors.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Coordinate staff meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Provide administrative support to salon management and staff as needed.
  • Play a key role in hiring new stylists.

Office Management:
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area and salon are tidy and welcoming.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Social Media and Marketing:
  • Manage salon's social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Bonus if able to create and manage ads

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience with social media management; ad creation is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good at taking direction and capable of completing tasks independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
