Job Summary: The Director of Demand Generation and Growth will drive customer acquisition strategy, development, growth, and engagement. This role includes managing cross-channel growth strategies such as paid and organic growth, content marketing, lead nurturing, and conversion. The Director will oversee paid search, organic search, display, social advertising, and content syndication programs to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Additionally, this position involves leading the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive account engagement and pipeline targets.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies aligned with go-to-market plans and revenue targets.
  • Manage cross-channel growth strategies including paid and organic growth, content marketing, lead nurturing, and conversion.
  • Oversee paid search, organic search, display, social advertising, and content syndication programs to meet revenue goals.
  • Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of ABM campaigns, including the deployment of a new ABM platform, website, landing pages, and ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with BDRs and AEs to drive account engagement and achieve pipeline targets.
  • Use a data-driven approach to continuously test messages, evaluate, and optimize campaigns.
  • Support the execution of the ABM strategy from data collection and analysis on target accounts to measuring marketing tactics for effectiveness and optimization.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of accounts to sales teams and clear communication and enablement of programs to sales teams.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies aligned with go-to-market plans and revenue targets.
  • Expertise in launching and managing ABM programs with deep knowledge of best practices in campaign implementation and program development.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data extraction, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with Martech tools including 6Sense, Salesforce/Pardot, SalesLoft, GA4, SEM Rush, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices to drive qualified organic traffic and conversions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing demand generation teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
  • Ability to scale growth within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and execute both strategically and creatively.

Education and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience leading demand generation at an enterprise technology B2B company.
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience scaling B2B growth programs, specializing in ABM.
  • Proven expertise in creating and executing multi-channel marketing programs that leverage inbound and outbound tactics.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, skilled at turning data into actionable insights.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Availability to travel up to 25%.
