Responsible for the operations, work instructions, procedures, design, efficiency, product flow, workstation readiness, and engine quality verifications of the BE-4 and BE-3u engines
Qualifications:
Operations, documentation, hands-on work, and system troubleshooting/data analysis, test preparation and execution with at least 5 years experience
Strong project management skills and must have led a large-scale project from start to completion.
Skilled in causal analysis and corrective actions to eliminate repeat technical issues.
Experience in Root Cause defining and the use of causal analysis tools, such as 5-Why, Fishbone and Fault tree.
Expect to frequently exceed an eight-hour workday.
Working knowledge, technical expertise, rocket engines knowledge, leadership skills, and commitment to mission success in the workplace.
