The Role / Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide Quality Assurance analysis and reporting for the GRID Database. Ensure the timely delivery of Quality Assurance Reporting. Integrate functions, processes and systems to optimize resources.


  • Communicate extensively with Operations Director, IT staff and peers as an advocate to ensure client satisfaction

  • Work with vendor teams

  • Work as part of the Quality Assurance program, providing accountable and transparent quality reporting

  • Other projects as assigned

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by maintaining work related certifications

  • Act as a steward of Moody's culture by acting as a role model, and enforcing policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:


  • 1-3 years of business experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Previous experience in a quality control or assurance program a plus

  • Excellent analytical skills and persistence in problem solving.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

  • Working knowledge of Windows based software (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).

  • Exposure to the financial industry, banking and/or capital markets is a plus.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$71,200.00-$103,300.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
