We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion in Burlington, MA on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Location: Burlington, MA
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
Responsibilities:
Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimates
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery
Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports
Establish logs and track submittals, RFIs, PCO's, change orders, and purchase/delivery for long lead times
Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years' experience with scheduling experience with proficiency in Microsoft Project
Solid knowledge of RFI, PCO, change order, SOV, compete requisition, and subcontract negotiation processes
Strong leadership and ability to lead others with exceptional communication
Experience with budget process and cost coding
OSHA 10 Certification required
Ability to travel for project meetings as required
