Your Role:



We are looking for business and IT talent to lead the design, build and deployment of a new LS ERP process & system template. This role will be positioned with a strong link to senior business and IT leadership to ensure process design ambitions are business-driven and value-focused. This role can be based anywhere; preferably site based.


The Supply Chain Planning Business Process Owner (BPO) is tasked with leading a team focused on continuous improvement and innovation within the ERP framework. This role requires managing a team in order to make key decisions that significantly modify and improve development of our ERP template for a highly complex business area, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives and global operational imperatives. The position requires engaging senior leadership to secure support and buy-in for key initiatives and process changes. The role emphasizes the need for deep expertise in change management and a mastery in aligning substantial business changes with long-term organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Accountable for the strategic design, deployment, and enhancements for ERP-related supply chain solutions

  • Integrates and aligns with other teams to promote seamless operational coherence across global platforms

  • Drives transformative initiatives that align supply chain operations with new global strategic objectives

  • Engages with senior leadership to communicate and secure buy-in for major supply chain process changes and initiatives




Who You Are:



You are a senior leader with experience working withcomplex business processes with expertise and in-depth knowledge in supply chain strategy, inventory management, and global logistics operations and the Life Sciences industry. You have experience evaluating operational risk and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize business disruption.



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of managerial experience




Preferred Qualifications:



  • Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, PhD) with 10+ years of experience, preferably in a leadership role working across multiple business units or functions

  • Proficient in analyzing highly complex business processes in supply chain strategy, vendor management, and inventory control and effectively simplifying them into clear, actionable insights

  • Experience leading an organization through an ERP transformation or acquisition integration

  • Proven ability to steer and motivate a solution-oriented senior management team; excels in fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

  • Mastery in managing strategic business initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with long-term business goals within supply chain operations

  • Deep expertise in change management essential for driving significant transformations within large, complex organizations

  • Excellent strategic decision-making skills, with a proven track record of implementing complex projects successfully and achieving substantial business outcomes
