Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Administrator to join our team in Burlington, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project administration and proficiency in NetSuite. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of construction projects from inception to completion.


Location: Burlington, MA


Salary: $60,000-$70,000


Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.


• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget completion


• Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports


• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries from clients, vendors, and subcontractors


• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices


• Reconcile month-end billing reports and establish job-cost entry

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project administration for contractor/subcontracting company


• Experienced in billing/invoicing with purchase orders and subcontracts


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a strong attention to detail


• Familiarization with ISO 9000, ISO 9001, or ISO 9004 is a plus
