We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing and Logistics Coordinator to join our client onsite in Burlington, MA in this direct-hire position. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, logistics management, and maintaining excellent communication with sales personnel, customers, and vendors.
Location: Amesbury, MA (100% onsite)
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
Responsibilities:
Process customer purchase orders and quotes regularly communicating with sales teams
Process bill of materials and routings
Schedule customer purchases to meet delivery dates aligning with needed materials and inventory levels
Track and communicate customer purchase orders with customers and internal stakeholders as needed
Prepare, track, and manage documentation for local and international shipments
Submit purchase orders with vendors for products, materials, and logistic services
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience with order processing within a construction or manufacturing environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Process-minded with strong data analytical abilities and excellent time management
