Compensation: $21.00 to $25.00, DOE Responsibilities:
Coordinate and plan logistics for pick-up and delivery schedules to optimize operations.
Maintain ongoing communication with customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Manage multiple delivery tasks, handle spot requests, and devise innovative sales strategies to enhance business growth.
Swiftly resolve discrepancies and challenges in freight operations.
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients and carriers.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with carriers to maximize profitability and ensure compliance.
Identify and engage with qualified carriers for freight services.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of freight experience
Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanor.
Proficient in negotiation and strategic problem-solving.
Experience with CRM programs is highly desirable.
