Are you looking for a great opportunity to join Fortune #1? Corporate Real Estate is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join the Strategy and Planning team charged with strategic initiatives, including transition management for the New Home Office.
What you'll do...
- Manage strategic projects by developing, prioritizing, and coordinating project work plans; ensuring project objectives are aligned with overall program goals and deliverables.
- Create high impact deliverables mainly in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Monitor project milestones against project schedules and budgets; tracking projects and communicating status to key stakeholders.
- Manage 3P / Consultants to support and oversee scoped deliverables and drive progress.
- Identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues with the project; develop strategies to mitigate those risks and prioritize resolution of critical issues.
- Connect the dots across the various teams and workstreams to ensure knowledge transfer and connectivity.
- Elevate updates to senior leadership to drive decisions and report on progress.
You'll make an impact through:
- Proven track record of executing complex, high profile projects (M&A / Integrations, Transition Management).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including overseeing consultants.
- Expertise around complex project management.
Minimum requirements:
- Experience with other large transformations at Walmart or elsewhere; consulting background with a focus on PMO, M&A, Change Management is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong and proven capabilities in complex data analytics and data management.
- High level of competency with Excel, PowerPoint and other Project Management / Data Management tools.
- Applicants must submit two project references detailing the following: describe a) the type of transformation you led b) location / organization c) supporting metrics that show scale and complexity.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
2 years' supervisory experience.
3 years' project management experience.
