Job Description:

Tampa based property management company seeking a property accountant for a long-term project. This property accountant will be responsible for auditing fiscal records, analyzing data, preparing journal entries, posting transactions, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting, 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience and experience using Yardi.
