Our Operation Systems and Standards (OSS) team plays an integral part in allowing the organization to achieve the Smart factory via the digital transformation approach.


This requires a highly skilled candidate who moves fast, has an entrepreneurial spirit to create new solutions, explore current state solutions to identify improvement opportunities with a passion to get things done, will thrive in an environment of ambiguity and change, and can break down and solving complex problems.


You will get to partner cross-functionally across all organizations and each complex manufacturing processes that create the most accurate CGM on the market. Where you come in:



  • You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, and IT to create OpCenter MES processes for launching new products, maintain production, and oversee initiatives for process enhancement.


  • You design best in class smart, scalable and sustainable solutions to drive efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.


  • You will perform data analysis, process mapping of current and future state, list out opportunities and drive the execution to successful closure.


  • You will support system integration initiatives to enable the integrations between OpCenter and supporting systems like Oracle EBS, IBM Maximo, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle PLM, Reliance EtQ, etc.


  • You assume change champion responsibility in training end user, perform demo sessions, configuration setup, testing and validations.


  • You will collect user requirements based on future state plan and partner with IT, validation team, etc. to deliver solutions to production.

Must have - OpCenter MES Modelling, Manufacturing and Quality experience, Data analysis, Change management.



Nice to have - Medical/ Pharma experience, System integration background.

Travel Required:



  • 15-25%





Experience and Education Requirements:



  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience
