The Opportunity



Are you ready to take on a leadership role in the dynamic field of healthcare? Look no further! Pentucket Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our world-class team at the Merrimack Valley Endoscopy Center in Haverhill, MA.


As a Nursing Supervisor at PMA's Merrimack Valley Endoscopy Center, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee and coordinate the delivery of healthcare services. With our strong reputation and commitment to quality care, this role will enable you to demonstrate your leadership skills and contribute to positive patient outcomes.



Responsibilities

• Lead a team of dedicated nurses, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to determine patient care needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.


• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure the highest level of care.


• Strictly adhere to all healthcare regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant environment.


• Successfully implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.


• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture, promoting open communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, or equivalent experience, Master's preferred.


• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.


• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in endoscopy


• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.


• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.


• Proven ability to competently handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions.


• Robust skills in analyzing and resolving complex problems.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
