Volt is immediately hiring for Maintenance Technician in Columbia, Missouri.

As a Maintenance Technician you will:

• Respond to line and equipment calls

• Complete preventative maintenance assignments

• Performs of variety of duties to help maintain and improve the overall facilities

• Serve as an operations partner in repairing, troubleshooting, and maintenance

• Troubleshoot and diagnose various processing and packaging equipment to determine nature and extent repairs or alterations required


This is a full time opportunity.


The ideal candidate will have:

• The ability to lift up 30 to 50 pounds

• Minimum one year of maintenance experience Knowledge of general property management and maintenance

• Basic knowledge of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and construction trades

• Successful completion of formal technical school courses in HVAC, plumbing, basic electricity and general mechanical repair and maintenance preferred


Experience with the following is a plus:

• Maintenance Mechanic

• Building Maintenance

• Apartment Maintenance


Schedule:

• 12 Hour Shifts 7pm-7am
• Shifts are fixed and rotate 36 hours one week and 48 the next
• Every other Saturday or Sunday off

Pay Rate: 28.00-28.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
