CAM PROPERTY MAN­AGER

We are looking for a Full-time Associa­tion Manager to manage a gated riverfront, golf course community in Palm City, FL.

Candidate must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and seeking a permanent posi­tion.

Experienced license CAM is preferred.

Candidate must have a thorough understanding of budgets, and financials with the ability to work collabora­tively with bookkeeping and accountant,

Strong computer literacy: exceptional customer. service, communication, and organizational skill are a mw:1,

Knowledge of contracts, bid specifications, build­ings„ landscaping, and maintenance is required. The candidate must also be able to work independently.
