Responsibilities:
Design and develop new products using AutoCAD and SolidWorks software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet customer needs and industry standards
Conduct testing and analysis of product prototypes to ensure performance, quality, and durability
Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during product assembly and production
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
6+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software
Knowledge of Thermodynamics, Finite Element Analysis, and CFD
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Budget management experience
