SAP Senior Specialist
We are seeking a motivated SAP Senior Specialist to join our team. This role requires a candidate with a robust SAP background and demonstrated leadership capabilities, aimed at optimizing and redesigning end-to-end business processes. The position entails close collaboration with international teams, especially our colleagues in Germany, necessitating a candidate who can effectively oversee system implementations and process optimizations to meet SAP standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade, coupled with the responsibility to identify and resolve system issues, engaging with both our German counterparts and various levels of personnel within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the optimization and redesign of end-to-end business processes within the SAP environment.
Collaborate closely with international teams, particularly in Germany, to ensure alignment and efficiency in SAP system implementations.
Oversee system implementations, ensuring they meet SAP standards and best practices.
Identify and resolve system issues, working with both international counterparts and various organizational levels.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of SAP-related projects.
Influence, negotiate, and persuade stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP-related roles in manufacturing organization (Consulting experience is not desired) .
Proven leadership experience in SAP system implementation and process optimization.
Strong understanding of SAP standards and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade.
Experience collaborating with international teams, particularly in a German context.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in both Sales/Customer Service and Finance/Controlling within the SAP environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
Ability to work effectively with various levels of personnel within the organization.

Compensation:
Total Compensation Package: $110,000 - $120,000 (This total includes any eligible bonuses. Bonuses are not additional to the stated compensation range.)
