As an Events and Branding Associate at AdviceOne, you will be a member of a detail-oriented team in an ever-evolving environment. Your responsibilities will include the coordination and execution of live and virtual events to ensure incomparable service. In addition, you will aid in the facilitation of brand recognition, consistency, and digital marketing strategy. Additional responsibilities include:
Research, management and staging for both live and virtual events
Graphic design and video editing
Relationship building with clients, prospective clients and vendors
Heavy client interaction both over the phone and in-person
Cleaning and setting up for appointments throughout the day
This is a hybrid position. When not in the office or executing an event, our team has been set up to work from home with full functionality. Please note, when events are hosted, they are typically during evening hours and evening availability is a must for this role. Potential for flexibility in hours.
