Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule consultations and follow-up appointments for prospective and current clients.
Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and conveying information about our clinic's services with clarity and enthusiasm.
Database Management: Maintain accurate client records and update appointment schedules promptly using our scheduling software/system.
Follow-up: Follow up with clients to confirm appointments, reschedule as necessary, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed prior to appointments.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication regarding client needs and appointment schedules.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
