Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager to join our Columbus Client's team. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, track performance against plans, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies, and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and support for SAP initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience managing SAP projects, including implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP programs on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW) and their integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering business value and achieving project objectives.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
