About the Role:

Position Overview:

As an OpenShift Engineer focusing on 5G Core Integration, you will be responsible for seamlessly integrating 5G Core Network functions into our new OpenShift container platform. Your expertise in OpenShift and containerization technologies will drive the successful deployment and optimization of our 5G services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in designing, deploying, and managing OpenShift container platforms.
  • Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Installation options (Bare Metal, Virtualized, Cloud)
  • Storage options (local disk, SAN/NAS, Cloud)
  • Scaling/Sizing (quantity of CPU, Memory, Storage per node, and number of nodes in the cluster) based on application/workload requirements
  • High Availability and Disaster Recovery
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in OpenShift Administration or Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications or networking technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
