Must have at least 6 months working in a Data Center setting
Typical Day to Day (Tasks & Responsibilities):
Provide 1st & 2nd level support to assist in the diagnosis and resolution of customer incidents
Develops, enhances and maintains documentation for use in problem analysis and resolution (Includes RCAs and follow-up)
Register customers into the site Security Access Control System. Can also sign-in vendors and visitors to provide access and escort to the facility and data hall
Perform Remote Hands services for customers including hardware installation, power strips, rails, cable management and customer equipment troubleshooting/reboots
