Product Backlog Management: Experience in managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the needs of the business and aligns with the delivery capability and capacity.
Stakeholder Management: Skill in managing relationships with various stakeholders, including business users, other business analysts, and development teams, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software development principles and technologies.

Testing and QA: Understanding of software testing principles and experience in working with QA teams to ensure that developed solutions meet the specified requirements. Including, if needed, authoring/modifying test scripts, executing test scripts and/or approving executed test scripts.
