We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Software Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer or NetSuite Software Engineer, with deep knowledge of NetSuite ERP and CRM modules.
As a NetSuite Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining customized solutions within the NetSuite platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs that align with our company's objectives. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of NetSuite architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Designing, developing, and implementing NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, Suit eBuilder, SuiteTalk, and other NetSuite tools.
Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and proposing scalable solutions within NetSuite.
Performing system configuration and enhancement, including workflows, scripting, and data integrations.
Conducting unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the quality and stability of customizations and configurations.
Providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing NetSuite implementations, including monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Creating technical documentation and training materials for end-users and technical teams.
Keeping abreast of NetSuite updates, new features, and functionalities, and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer or NetSuite Software Engineer, with deep knowledge of NetSuite ERP and CRM modules.
Strong proficiency in SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
Experience with SuiteScript 2.0 and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
Solid understanding of ERP business processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report cycles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, or NetSuite ERP Consultant.
Familiarity with other cloud-based ERP systems and integration platforms.
Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL, MySQL, etc.) and data migration tools.
