HH Staffing is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resources, and milestones.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and achievable.
Create detailed construction schedules and monitor progress against established timelines.
Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditures throughout the construction process, and identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Review and approve invoices, change orders, and other financial documentation.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other service providers.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage any disputes or claims that may arise.
Coordinate the allocation of equipment, materials, and personnel to support construction activities.
Anticipate resource needs and adjust plans accordingly to avoid delays or shortages.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deficiencies or non-compliance issues.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines throughout the construction process.
Position Requirements:
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions as needed.
Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials specific to golf course development.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools is beneficial (e.g., Primavera, Procore, AutoCAD).
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing golf course construction.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
